Just wanted to post my workout to see if anyone could give me any advice. Maybe new excercises or sets.

Flat Bench
Weighted Dips
Incline Flys
aerobics ball sit ups
russian twists
side bends

Back/ Wednesday
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows (Hands pronated)
Pull Downs
Pullovers

Traps/Shoulders/triceps/neck Thursday
Cleans from knees
Behind the neck push press
rear delt machine
snatch
shrugs
tricep extension
rope pressdowns
neck

legs/bis Saturday
squat (alternate squat and squat jumps)
one leg press
stiff legged deadlifts
one arm dumbell curls
reverse ez-curl curls
vertical end preacher curls

Also twice a week i sprint.

Trying to condition for football. Please comments
 
i would add some leg extensions and leg curls for quads and hams. i would also recommend moving bi's to monday with chest so that you can focus on just your legs for the entire session. that's what i would do.
