every time ive been in the gym lately every muscle is getting stronger with exception to my chest... i eat like a horse and i train chest once every 6 days...heres my workout

5 sets of bench 12 10 8 6 2
incline db 3 sets of 6-8
incline hammer strenth 3 sets of 12
3 sets of dips


what shud i change?
 
it could be any number of things but just as a suggestion think about your shoulders. If your shoulder workout falls right before your chest workout, it could be that your front delts are giving out b/c of fatigue. Also it could be your triceps as mentioned before.
 
too much volume IMO.

try this routine:

3 sets flat dumbbell press
3 sets incline barbell
3 sets weighted dips

a lot of the time it isn't the chest that's lagging, its shoulder or tri. If you have a weakness in overhead press or fail towards the lockout of your bench, rethink your weakness.
