Help with workout

i'm using the reps that fortifeidiron but in his program and pretty much the same layout expect for some workouts, does this look good or should i change some workouts around?

week 1 and 2 3x8
week 3 and 4 4x6
week 5 and 6 5x5
week 7 and 8 6x4
week 9 and 10 5x6

Monday
Flat Bench - Chest
Bent Over Rows - back
Should Press /w barbell - shoulders
Barbell Curls - Biceps
CloseGrip Bench - Triceps

Tuesday
Squat
SL DL
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises
Abs

Thursday
Incline bench
Cable Rows
Military Press /w dumbells
Dumbell Curl
Overhead press wiht dumbell

Friday
Deadlift
LegPress
Leg Curls
Abs
 
yah i saw it fucking hawt when we date.. joke but ermm you gotta switch your close-grip press day cause you'Re already working your tricpes with bench press
