Help with vB Software

Sometimes within the same day, I am able to post and sometimes not post on another board. This is always the error message that I get.

"vBulletin Message
No thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"

Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to change in my profile or something?
