I've been cutting since June, went from the 3x5 to the 5x5 and made good progress up to about 6 weeks ago where I somewhat stalled out on the fat loss. I am thinking of trying a split for a few months. I have a power rack, curl bar, and dumbells but only enough for arm and shoulder work. I plan on doing a mix of compund and isolation, something like this:
Sun - Barbell/Dumbell curls, concentration/preacher curls, skull crushers, dumbell overhead tricep extensions
Mon - Squats, Lunges, calf raises
Tues - Flat bench, Incline bench, dumbell flys or dips
Wed - Off
Thurs - Standing military, side dumbell raises, barbell shrugs
Fri - Deadlift, Pendlay rows, pullups
Should I do something like 5x5 on the compounds (deads, flat bench, squat), and 3x8 on the isolations? Any other suggestions?
