Last week I had some compter problems so I called for tech support though my cable company (TimeWarner/Road Runner). The woman working with me had me turn off my firewall, delete cookies, delete my brower history,... just doing all kinds of things.
We were in Internet Options alot and after 21/2 hrs on the phone with her the problem was never resolved.
Now, I have 2 more problems. One is here on EF I can only use the smilies that are already showing to the right - if I click for more of them nothing happens.
The other things is when I'm in my email box and I clicked a link to open another page for me it doesnt do it with that one click. I now have to right click to "open" and then go to the new page.
Can anyone help me please. I dont have time to sit on the phone going thru all of this with them again.
Appreciate any suggestions.
