hello im 19 years old and ive been goin to the gym for a few months now.. ive joined this site looking for some help on a few things,, ive tried a course ov deca and suss, (injections) but didn't seem to do anything,, i eat well but ive got quite a bit of body fat 2,, im 6ft 3 and i weigh 15 stone. cud do with some help togain muscle and cuttness.. how much protein should i have? and when do i take it? ive recently mannaged to get the 100kg up on the bench, i could not do this a few weeks ago??
