Help with MY Begining cycle?

Ok I'm Taking Deca and Winstrol, In my second week.
I'm not gonna take anything else but Deca/Winny

I'm not lasting long at the gym, I'm getting tired/weak fast.



PLEASE ANY HELP or SUGGESTIONS

My workout is lasting about 30-40 minutes afternoon
(I do cardio every morn on empty stomach 45 minutes)
Anyways.....every other day I DO
chest/tri
back/bi
shoulders/leg

What do I do to last longer- I'm doing 3 sets with 6-10 reps, Light-heavy-heavy
 
You could always take 25mg/ephedrine an hour before a workout, that will get you pumped.

Your working each body part 3 times a week? If so, that is your problem, hit them once a week only. You grow outside the gym not in it.
 
no fellas - each one is EOD
D1 - chest/tri
D3 - back/bi
D5 - shoulders/leg

at least i think that is what he means

yeah its hard til lthe deca kicks in - maybe the eca poppers are the way to go - why i always recommend kick starting ur cycle with prop/dbol/drol - something!
 
thats what mustang said to do, Im sure it will help, but what does your diet look like? How many hrs sleep a night are you getting? Is your job real hard on you? These can affect you when training and can cause you to be tired fast.
 
You have the symptoms of overtraining, which can be caused by many things.
Make sure your getting your rest, that your eating MORE than enough, and most important dont go heavy so much. If you body say's "whoa" which it is, give it some slack.
 
was responding to anabolics, mikey - but it does sound like hes feeling overtrained, anabol - again why I suggest quicker juice at first
 
if hes feeling overtrained, I wouldn't recommend uping the juice. He needs to either train less, get more sleep, figure out what he is doing wrong, he shouldn't keep uping the juice to solve his prob.
 
he should have all ready know what is a good way for himself to train naturallly without feeling like crap, and should have been doing real good before jumping into a cycle. If you feel like crap, and are getting tired so fast, putting extra stress on your body doing juice is a mistake. You shoould be feeling good going into your cycle, thats what Im getting at
 
upping the juice was definitely not what i was suggesting - only perhaps better planning for the next round. training style/ sleep or stress could be the problem.

b2stepblue - u might want to limit ur cardio to off lifting days - sometimes hard for me to hit it hard after a gruelling run in the AM

You were not responding to me dude, you were blowing smoke out of your ass.
 
ahhh... i mistook ur "eod= 3 times a week" to mean soemthing different - thought u would know better, and sure enough - u did! my apologies
 
if you need a little more boost take 1 standback or goody powder with that 25mg epherine tab the 35mg caffine is just right it works great for me...RADAR
 
Are you geting enough sleep ? I found it hard to sleep for the first 3-4 weeks of my cycle and my workouts started to suffer.

Mustang, that explains why i haven't been able to fall asleep till 6 am everynight now. At least now i have something to blame it on. :D
 
thats why its good to keep 1.4 butenadiol or melatonin on hand - I love Dbol but i cant sleep naturally when using them.:( - tahts what the 1.4 is for :D
 
cycleon - melantonin helps me sleep as well, great advice.

I suspect this person is doing too many forced reps and too many sets to failure.

Advanced techniques are too be used sparringly. I see too many novice lifters incorporating many different techniques in the same workout.

You must know how to listen to your body.

Most of us can only handle about 4 to six sets to failure per bodypart, and that might be high for some.

Intensity does not equal insanity.
 
b2stepblue standback & goody powders are sold in the gro & convenience stores they're supposed to be for a headache but also provide a quick pick me up because they're easily dissoved, in powder form they also contain 35mg caffine when combined with 25mg ephering tab give me a pretty intense workout plus it doesn't intefer with my sleep.....RADAR
