help with mast n prop cycle please

Ok bros About to run a mast n prop cycle. I do mostly endurance stuff so not looking to get huge just wana lean out a lil and help my recovery. Im on my bike and running 3hrs in the am and train thai boxing and jiu jitsu for around 3-4 hrs at night. My body is constantly taking a beating so I like to a little gear to easy my pain lol its tough getting old guys. Im thinking about maybe throwing in a lil deca if someone feels strongly about it and can enlighten me on how deca makes this a great stack. Never done prop just did a primo n test e last yr and this was my 1st real cycle that was done properly. I was wondering if anyone who had experience with these compounds could advise me on a pct protocol and when to start it. I was planning on runnin 100mgs of prop and 100mgs mast eod. Not sure on cycle duration I was hoping on some suggestions on here as to what the best duration of cycle would be for this stack. I have hcg and def like using on cycle and planned to with this one but not sure what week to start it. Thanks for any help guys.

I love prop and I love mast, 100 mgs/EOD

I'd run that for a least 10 weeks with your experience

Start HCGenerate around week 5 and run thru PCT

Start Forma Stanzol after the last pin (7 weeks)

Start Post Cycle/Unleashed 2 weeks later for 5 weeks

Then run Bridge

That sounds like a perfect pct the only concern I would have for you is that you would.be.in.constant pain with every shot. I'm currently on 75 prop 50 mast ed and.I.can't train the same due to the injection site discomfort.

i'm confused OP. you are an endurance athlete and you are 5 9 and over 205 pounds at 12% bf? doesn't make much sense to me my friend. when i was an endurance athlete and doing 5K's, triathlons, and half marathons I was 5 6 and 135 pounds with lean muscle, body fat was 6%.

seems like you are pretty bulky to be an endurance athlete. if you really want to excel you need to drop that weight down.

now at 5 6 and 185 pounds and 12% body fat, i sink like a stone when i swim and running feels like I am carrying 50 pounds along with me. it is impossible for me at this size to do well at endurance sports.
 
Lol yea steve Im like a stump its true but this is the stuff i like. I do agree with you 100% about dropping weight its just hard with my body type. I would like to drop weight but its really hard for me. When I was in thailand training hard 2 a days and running twice a day I could barely get under 190 and thats in a really hot climate with open air gyms on a real tight paleo diet. My body really wants to be heavy. I would prob be alot more successful as a bodybuilder but right now I enjoy the endurance stuff. I wrestled as a kid and played fullback on the football team. Im short and stocky for sure but I like the endurance stuff. Im sure i look funny doing it but right now i would really like to a triathalon or an exterra. Every 5k I ever did was at this size so I really dont have a lighter weight to compare to but Im sure I would feel better lighter I just dont think its in the cards with my frame.
 
I honestly think long ester test at lower dose and eq for a longggggggggg cut would fair you better cost lest be less painful and yield the same result in the end if not better.
 
I was planing a 15 wk eq/primo/sust for summer so Im glad to hear that would be a good choice for me. What dosages do you suggest for the eq and test? would 300mg and 300mg be enough or would you up the dose?

if you want to be great you have to pick one or the other.. you cannot be bulky and sucessful at endurance sports, and you cannot be skinny and be good at bodybuilding.

i used to think i could do both too, but as soon as i put on mass my endurance went in the tank immediately, so i chose to focus on bodybuilding 100% and love it. when i was an endurance athlete i was lean muscle, you would look at me and i would be ripped but when i had a shirt on i looked skinny as hell.
