Help with HCG

I just picked up 2 10,000 IU HCG and Diluent vials from my doc. He wants me to inject 0.4cc ed for the first 5 days, then 0.2cc ed for the next 5 days. I would like some advice from you folks about this plan. Currently I'm on 120mg Test E every 5 days, and .25 A-Dex M-W-F. He advised me to stop the test during this time and only use the HCG, any thoughts on this? I need to get my nuts back...

Also can someone tell me how many IU's are in .1cc of HCG, I'm curious how many IU's are in the .4cc injection he wants me to take.

This all boils down to simple math. You have a vial thats 10,000IU right? Add BAC water to it and do the math.

if you add 5ml or water you will have 10,000IU in 5ml, so 10,000/5 = 2000IU per ML.

if you add 10ml or water you will have 10,000IU in 10ml, so 10,000/10 = 1000IU per ML.

So to answer the question of how many IU are in .4cc, depends on how much water you added to start with doesnt it?

If you used 10ML water then you have 1000IU per cc. so .4cc would be 400IU, .5cc 500IU etc etc.

I beleiv I told you before that 250IU 3x a week for 3 weeks should bring your nuts back even if on test so stopping is really up to you. The HCG should bring your test levels back up as well. The risk you run with stopping a-dev while taking HCG is you stop test is you will still have test in your system and get a natural test kick from the HCG, how much depend on just how shut down you are but you could potentially get pretty high T levels until the exo test fades.

The questions comes down to are you planning on getting off test altogether? If so, then stop the test, continue Adex for a couple weeks after you start hcg and taper that off.

If you really dont want to get off test, you likely wont have to BUT you will need to keep taking HCG 3x a week until you knock up your lady.

Thanks for the reply Zyg, yes you did tell me before about the 3x a week dosing, but the reason I'm reposting this is that I finally got the hcg and he recommended diluting the 10000iu with 2.2ml of diluent and injecting 0.4cc for the first week then 0.2cc for the second week, this dosage sees high. I read up on Dr. Crisler's protocol and also your advice and I diluted the 10000iu vial with 10ml diluent. I injected 250iu on Saturday and again on Sunday. Dr. Crisler advises to continue taking Test and HCG together. I tried this and I took my 100mg injection on Monday. By mid afternoon Monday I felt like I drank 100 cups of coffee, I was zooming.....I guess I had too much test in my blood...I'm new to this and I appreciate any advice. Should I stop taking the test completely for the three weeks you recommend for the HCG, or just not take the HCG altogether...I don't think that I can take them together, way too much test.....I really need help here,.....I really want to do the HCG treatment but to be honest I'm confused on what to do so I can do it right.....I'd like to get my balls back.....Thanks again

Are you sure you got the right dosis of hcg? When I have overdone it on occasions, i get almost a tingling sensation in the gonads. On cycle, i do 100 IU/day of hcg when on cycel, and that is with 750-850 mg of test per week. It does have had an effect on mantaining the natural testostorne and testicular function throughout cycle, but not entierly. I have stayd on cycle with this about 14 weeks, and have had graceful and relatively short recovery cycles. So in short, your doc is right; you can take hcg while on cycle, but i do believe you need to take it when you start the cycle.

Read up on PCT here on the forums, with Nolvadex and other compounds that will get your system back to normal levels again.
