Help with girls track weight training.

My gf is a high school teacher and was asked to coach girls track since was on track in high school. I guess she was pretty good at hurdling. The head coach asked her to come up with a weight training program for the girls. She is in charge of hurdling, long jumping, and triple jump. I was hoping I could get some ideas??

-lunges, step-ups, 1 leg squats
-romanian deadlifts, glute ham raise, reverse hypers
-power version of olympic lifts or pulls
-presses and rows
-chins
-core work
-medicine balls & general strength circuits
