My gf is a high school teacher and was asked to coach girls track since was on track in high school. I guess she was pretty good at hurdling. The head coach asked her to come up with a weight training program for the girls. She is in charge of hurdling, long jumping, and triple jump. I was hoping I could get some ideas??
