Im not really sure how to write this diet up. Whan I diet I am always looking to keep mass, but my gf is only trying to tighten up a little for summer, you know, maybe drop 5 lbs. She is 26, 5ft,115 lbs. Should I write her diet up for bw x 10? Maybe 40/30/30. I realy dont know. Obviously she wants to lose it as soon as possible. Could someone give me a few guidelines on how it should look.
