Help with gf,s diet?

Im not really sure how to write this diet up. Whan I diet I am always looking to keep mass, but my gf is only trying to tighten up a little for summer, you know, maybe drop 5 lbs. She is 26, 5ft,115 lbs. Should I write her diet up for bw x 10? Maybe 40/30/30. I realy dont know. Obviously she wants to lose it as soon as possible. Could someone give me a few guidelines on how it should look.

Here is a simple breakdown for her:

1150 calories per day
95g protein per day
95g carbs per day
42g fat per day

if she eats 5 meals: - per meal-
19g protein/19g carbs/8-9g fat

I think 6 meals might be better (metabolism will be ever so quicker). But if she didn't diet like that before, it'll be hard, so...

5 or 6 meals, alltogether it's irrelevant b/c it's immaterial
