Im not fat by any means, actually thin. Im 6'0 165 pounds, workout, but am looking to lock down my diet for best gains. Ive spent the last week monitoring my diet, charting everything i eat. Ive searched with limited success on artifcles/posts on what should be eatin, possibly a meal plan for bulking up. If anyone has a link to one they recommend id appreciate it. With/with out shakes are fine.
