To start off, im writing this because i want to consult with some people that actually know what they are doing and talking about. I am 21 years old, and trying to jump on my first cycle. I've been working out for 3 years nonstop, the only time i stopped was for four months due to an injury, and have expirimented vastly with my diet; I know how and what to eat to get desired results (i.e. bulking up, losing body fat, etc). I currently consume about 3000 calories daily with more than enough protein. And as for my body type, that is good enough, as i start putting on excess bodyfat with over 3000 calories. When I first began to work out, I weighed 156 lbs and I currently weigh 179. I have not had any gains in awile, and have held off long enough from the gear (as i was told to when I first started working out by someone very experienced who i cannot seem to get in contact with at the moment)
My goals with the cycle are mainly to bulk up in size while losing/keeping off excess bodyfat. I will worry about the bodyfat by using the proper diet and cardio, and am looking to get some test to bulk up, hopefully around 20 lbs from a 10 week cycle? My questions are should I use Sustanon, Test E, or Test C for my first cycle? and how long should i run it, administering what doses when. I am open to your advice, that is why im here, but I was thinking the sustanon for 10 weeks, 500mg/week: 250 mon/250 thurs. Again, your advice would be greatly apreciated.
As far as the anti estrogen, I was thinking of using Nolvadex throughout the cycle to block any undesired effects. Also, I am unsure of my PCT, do I use HCG at the end or after the cycle? If so how do i administer that? Or do I simply do the Clomid therapy 2 weeks after the cycle? Or do i do BOTH? Please help me with this
