Help With First Cycle...

mbl05

New member
i am researching a cycle to use as my first. i am 6ft and 235lbs with about 25% BF. So, i am by no means lean, and i have been weight training for 3 years now, but my nutritional habits are SO bad. I want to start a cycle that will cut alot of weight and build some muscle if possible. I am absolutly willing to diet and do any workout to aid the cycle. i would like it to be all oral and reletivly low on side effects. i know it sounds like im asking for a miracle cycle here, but any help would be greatly appriciated.

thanks,
mb

Right, work on your diet first. At 25% bf, you should be able to lose a great deal of fat without an overly strict diet taht will cause a lose of muscle mass. Without the risk of muscle loss, there is no point in using steroids on your diet. Also bear in mind that oral only cycles suck, and by their very nature tend to be high side effect, unless you are using something like 100 mg of anavar a day, by itself (hope you have alot of $$$, because a cycle like that can get up to $1000+ every month you run it). Personally, I do not use orals at all, but to each his own.

No doubt...you should definitely lose some fat first. The better muscle to fat ratio you have, the easier it is to gain muscle because it absorbs all the nutrients from food. In your case now, being 25%, your fat is absorbing all your nutrients. You will not get the results you want from a cycle at this point. But it gives you something to look forward to.

what about if i just used clenbuterol? with my stats, how well would that work for me?
Some people may use them differently, but IMO diet drugs should only be used as polish. In other words if you're at 8 - 12% bf they can be used to shed those last few pounds of fat.
The logic is they are only going to do their thing while you're taking them, once off if you don't have a strict diet the fat will come right back.

The only oral "fat loss" steroid options you have are all going to be pricey drugs.
Anavar
Winstrol
They could be used to help preserve muscle while dieting, but this plan should only be used when your BF is already fairly low. Otherwise you're wasting money and good gear. You need a long term plan. When you're down to 15'% then you can start thinking about gear, or even Clen.

At 25% bf, clenbuterol is a waste. You can cut your bodyfat in half by changing your diet. You really do not need drugs or even cardio at this point, if your diet is right. I wouldn't recomend using steroids until you get to about 12%.

thank you very much for your input guys. it really helped me alot. I am going to take your advice and begin a nutritional,
drug-free program to lose about 35 pounds or down to about 15% BF. At that point i will probably begin a lean muscle cycle. so expect another question in about 5 months, lol. but, again, thank you very much for your input.

If you have not got your diet down after 3 years then adding in a drug regimen is not going to make your diet any better...As genarr has said it is in your best interest to get the dietary aspect down first...You will be thankful in the long run :)

5 months? You can go from 25% to 15% in less than 12 weeks.

yes indeed thats possible.. very harsh 12 weeks though.

bicepts, no, to get to 15% he shouldn't need any drugs. When I first started training, I was fat, and went from 35% to 13% in 6 months, and really didn't know much about training or nutrition. If I had known half of what I know now, I would have done it in 3 or 4 months instead.

well as your bodyfat% gets lower it gets harder to lose weight

and im not saying he needs drug to get to that %, im saying in that amount of time he does
