Help with first cycle( sustanon 300)

Hey guys, I've been following this site for awhile now, and I feel you guys can be a great help for me. I'm coming here prior to buying anything because I don't want regrets or any long terms neg effects. I'm 34, 5'11" 187lbs, not sure of body fat%, but by no means would anyone look at me and see an over weight guy, I just have a little layer of flab on my mid section. I've been working out on and off since early 20's. this past winter I was pretty lazy all around, blood work confirmed low test, Dr. put me on Androgel to boost me but didn't want me on it long term. It definitely got me motovtiated and I'm back in my old routine feeling great again. For years I've been debating a cycle, and I'm pretty serious now about starting. Im not looking for some massive gains or be to super strong, just want a nice phsyique with some above average muscles. The only guy I trust enough to buy from suggested sustanon 300 with possible deca, but maybe just sust300 cause its my first cycle. He didn't mention anything about PCT. Suggested 8week cycle, i start on 1ml weekly and work my way up to 1ml twice a week then to 2ml twice a week then taper off 1ml twice week then 1ml once a week then end cycle. Diet: could maybe use a touch up, 1.5g protein per LBS, combined ON 100% whey gold standard and a lot of chicken and red meat. Pasta, fruits and greens. With this known info does this sound like the right direction for what I want? Seriously thank you in advance for any comments or additional advice.
 
it honestly sounds to me with your goals like you should consider natural supplements instead of steroids. check out NTBM or mr supps, great supps are available.

steroids are really for hardcore guys and major gym rats. the average joe doesn't need to take them for the goals you mentioned
 
I truely appreciate the honestly and concern Steve. Although, I am going to try a cycle of Sust300, do the amounts I mentioned above seem correct? Also, I have available clomid and nolvadex for PCT, I'll also have extra androgel because I won't be using it while on sust. Would those 3 be all I need for a PCT? And is there anything else I should be taking during the cycle? Thanks again man.
 
You don't need to go above 400-500 mg/WK your first cycle. I understand the motivation to jump in, but you really would be better in the long run by learning a lot more about this and figuring out how to make your diet and training work for you. Everyone thinks they are almost at the edge and need AAS, but all realize they didn't know as much about the key components of diet and exercise until much later. Also no Decca. While you know what a pct is which is more than some first timers, your androgel question shows you have more to learn before messing with your body's natural hormone levels. Read some more here and you'll see many threads of people in your same shoes. These posts show up every Tuesday, and every other day of the week.
