Hey guys, I've been following this site for awhile now, and I feel you guys can be a great help for me. I'm coming here prior to buying anything because I don't want regrets or any long terms neg effects. I'm 34, 5'11" 187lbs, not sure of body fat%, but by no means would anyone look at me and see an over weight guy, I just have a little layer of flab on my mid section. I've been working out on and off since early 20's. this past winter I was pretty lazy all around, blood work confirmed low test, Dr. put me on Androgel to boost me but didn't want me on it long term. It definitely got me motovtiated and I'm back in my old routine feeling great again. For years I've been debating a cycle, and I'm pretty serious now about starting. Im not looking for some massive gains or be to super strong, just want a nice phsyique with some above average muscles. The only guy I trust enough to buy from suggested sustanon 300 with possible deca, but maybe just sust300 cause its my first cycle. He didn't mention anything about PCT. Suggested 8week cycle, i start on 1ml weekly and work my way up to 1ml twice a week then to 2ml twice a week then taper off 1ml twice week then 1ml once a week then end cycle. Diet: could maybe use a touch up, 1.5g protein per LBS, combined ON 100% whey gold standard and a lot of chicken and red meat. Pasta, fruits and greens. With this known info does this sound like the right direction for what I want? Seriously thank you in advance for any comments or additional advice.
