Hey guys,starting a Dbol,Eq and Test E cycle this week. Gonna run 50mg dbol week 1-4, 500mg Eq weeks 1-14 and 600mg Test E weeks 1-15. I have run 4 or 5 previous cycles.
Its gonna be a fairly clean bulk, I would be happy to get to about 235lbs. Im currently 218lbs,5ft10,around 17% bf, 24 years old. im currently eating between 5,000-5,500 calories a day,traing 5 days a week and doing 20 mins cardio post workout 4 days a week.
Do you guys have any tips or info for this cycle, with regards to my calorie intake and cardio and dosages? I don't want to gain any bodyfat, just lean gains. I would be delighted to get to around 235lbs, and any drop in bodyfat would be welcomed,although it's not my main concern.
