Help with diet while traveling

Hey all. So I'm living out of a hotel mon-thursday and trying to cut some weight for the next 13 weeks. I'm struggling to get into a rhythm during the week. I cannot cook so I'm forced to eat at the hotel or at the work cafeteria. Here is what I'm eating daily at the moment:

On wake: some fruit (pineapple usuallY) and a little bit of oatmeal, dont really like it

2.5 hours later
2 piece wheat toast
2 turkey links
2 eggs scrambled
1 slice american

lunch:

either turkey sandwich on wheat with no cheese + deli mustard or salad with grilled chicken, carrots, and kens light olive oil vinegerrete with balsalmic vinegar

5 hours later i get back to the hotel. I'm a marriott elite member so I check out the concierge lounge. if there is a healthy lean meet or veggies I will grab some of that and take a nap. Someties they have turkey or broccoli or something

Otherwise I get food from one of the other places around there. There is a saladworks, mccormick and schmicks, hooters, unos, some sushi place, cheesecake factory, chipotle.

Well I dont order from 99 percent of those but just letting you know whats around so you can suggest. I get grilled mahi mahi from cheesecake factory or grilled tuna from there with broccoli and green beans. And salads from salad works. but some other healthy choices might exist. This is all im eating. Also doing cardio 5x a week and lifting 4 days a week (3 at home at ballys and one day with arms at the hotel).

This is a lot more cardio then i usually do and alot healthier then I usually eat. Help me improve this more!!!
