Help with Deca

Howz it guys, I was thinking of doing a cycle of Deca. I have never done anything before. I have a few good resorces to help me along the way, I was just wondering about the weight gain. I'm 5'8" 205lbs 8% bf. The reason for the Deca is more so for the recovery aspect. Everyone in my family, besides my mom, is naturally big so weight gain is not hard for me, I would like to stay as lean as possible. My resorce says I would need to take just the minnimal amount, also with the sports that I do it would be better if I kept my weight as moderate as possible. I was also wondering if I could get more shredded while I was on.
I would also like to join the Air force in about a year, and would like to know if they would pick-up anything in my drug test, if so, what would be somthing better for me. I take regular sup. BCAA. GLU. multi. anti. protien Gluco.
My resorces are very knowlegdble, I just belive that knowlegde is power and would like some other aspects on these forms of sup.

if its your first cycle just do test 250/wk for 10 weeks. decca alone is not a good idea.

Boy ohhh boy.. You sound way too young to be juicin but just so you know. Deca durabolin is the worst drug to take if you may be tested for steroids. It is traceable for like 18 months after you quit taking it. So definitely stay away from Deca! If you insist (which i know you youngsters usually do) go with a low dose of test enanthate for 8-10 weeks. Stay around 300 mg per week.
Have nolvadex on hand for estrogenic side effects.
If you are as young as you seem then you should really stay clean for a few more years and then decide whether or not you want to try steroids. You will be bigger ultimately if you wait till you reach your natural potential and then do hormones.
 
yeah haha you cant run deca alone beneficially.

if you must
run it with 500mg test
and 300-400mg deca ew
for 10 weeks
make sure yoru test is alays higher than deca MG

Sorry guys I forgot to mention that test was part of the plan. No I'm not a youngster, as a matter of fact the air force would be my second carrer. I'm finishing up my frist as a pro. Kick boxer and was thinking of trying mma, but for my family as while as myself I think the airforce would be a good life. I'm in my mid 20's so I'm not that old, but when it comes to the topic at hand, then yes I'm not seasoned so you could call me a youngster.
Because of the training I've put my body through I have many old injuries.
I do realize that decca is detectable long term, the question was if anyone knew if the air force even tested for steroids, I konw that they test for narcodics, also maybe you guys could suggest another stacks or sup. that mite help my joints and lean out.
I do want to do a show somtime next year but first things first.

This is somthing I'm considering, it's not for sure if I'm going to acttually going to do a cycle I just think it mite be more safe then all the pain med I take. I also know that if I do a BB show I would have to put on weight I started trainning for kick boxing at fighting a 320lbs out of high school I hurt my shoulder trying my hand at power lifting. I now fight at 185-195 lbs so bulking up is not a problem.
 
Dont know about the Air Force but if you are going to join then at least stay away from everything until you are in and can find out all there procedures and rules.
Then just go with a basic test e cycle at 250-500mg per week for 10 weeks. If you feel it necessary throw in some anavar or winstrol at 50 mg ed for a few weeks.

If i were you id run EQ @ 400mg per week gains are slower and more steady but at your b/f level you will see the benefits
 
won't test make me gain a good amount of weight, and will it help with the joint pain and body recovery, also dose anyone know about igf-1 and hgh. just trying to learn

Yes...Test will make you put on some size. "if you cant do it with test, then you cant do it at all" You can bulk with a high dose and a beefy diet...and you can cut with smaller doses and a real clean diet. Yes testosterone cypionate and testosterone enanthate act as lubricants. It will make your joints feel great.
If your going in the force stay away from Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - ..its harder to recover from and its detectable for up to 6 months after you stop injecting. Do 500mg of Test testosterone enanthate. Holds a lil bit less water then testosterone cypionate. Keep your diet really clean..and you should be able to burn some fat and put on LBM.

PS..some say im good with IGF...lol what do you wanna know...
 
Thanks guys, I know this is off topic, but I'm just wondering what some of you think. Some of my friends I know that do BB comp. want me to comp we all lift together but, I also do my fighting thing. They say it would have to stop cause it's to much cardio. What do you guys think.
This is my routine

Mon. am. chest /tri's 30 min cardio ( step mill ) / PM. Boxing 1.5 hrs. MMA. 1.5 hrs.
Tues. am Legs / 30 min cardio / pm. wresling 1.5 hrs.
Wed. am. shoulders / 30 min cardio / pm. Boxing / mma 1.5 hrs each.
Thurs am back / Bi's / 30min cardio.
fri. am cardio.
sat am lift / cardio
sun. rest.

Monday-Thurs I lift more of a body building type of routine with friends who comp. in BB
Saturday is a circut training type of lifting.
My HR stays at about 70-80% MHR when I do the stepmill, it gets higher for my boxing / MMA / wresling.
Fri I cardio for 30min and streach. Shuold I just cut out my cardio after lifting / will my pm. training be enough cardio to burn fat cause I heard that it's best to burn fat by doing it after weights or before you eat in the morning.
I also have a full time job that requires me to walk around most of the day and somtimes run/ First aid response.

although i dont think deca alone would hurt you

my brother had some knee issues, kept swelling
he has juiced before

he did a deca only cycle at 200mgs a week for 10 week
he didnt even work out
he knee got better, even after the cycle
he had no issues and his libido increased while on cycle

i also have my bulldog on 30mgs a deca a month
he has severe hip displaysia, 1 partially torn acl, one surgically repaired acl
he used to limp all the time
he doesnt limp any more

my 1st cycle was deca only, 200mgwk, injected once a week. i didnt know shit about gear at the time but i do know that i gained almost 30lb in those 8 weeks and kept every pound. also libido was up during cycle, i did get slight deca dick for a short while after cycle but recovered fully and quickly without any pct at all.
have any of you guys actually used deca alone or are you just jumping on the band wagon and quoting what you've heard?

30mgs a month is tiny amt
its helped his quality of life
no aggression issues, he hasnt gained any weight either
i dont have him pulling shit in the back yard to get big either

he doesnt limp any more at all
prior to this, when he would get up from laying down, he would get up VERY slowly, and limp across the room until he warmed up, then the limp was less pronounced but still there
now, there is no limp at all, even after a day of running

severe hip displaysia, 2 yrs old and limping
2 bad acl's as well due to extra stress on the knee from the bad hips
i add 1/10 of 1 cc to his monthy glucosamine shots that he gets
 
would it be better to just go with test, and maybe win, or anav.
and how would I come off of the cycle. : :confused: :newbie:

I did my first cycle with Deca earlier this year.

400mg of Deca/wk
750mg of Omnadren/wk
30mg of Dbol/day

I rand the deca and Omna for 10 weeks and the gains were fantastic. I never experienced the so called Deca Dick, but when i has sex I could never cum.

By the way, I was in the Marines and they will not test you for steroids unless they suspect that you are not just using, but are also dealing.

Just my 2 cents.
