Help with deca-sust cycle

Here's the deal. I'm about to start a 8-10 week cycle of Norma deca and Organon Sustanon. I need help with the amount I should take per week of each along with d-bol to kick start my cycle and clomid to end with. Thanks for all your help.

is this your first cycle bro....?
anyway, I would keep the deca at 400mg/week and the sust at 500mg/week for 10 weeks, kickstarting the cycle in the first 4 weeks with 30-35mg/day dbol.....no need to taper the deca and the sust in my opinion....
if you can afford arimidex, take 0.5mg EOD throughout the cycle or if not, wait till you start feeling your nipples itchy and start the nolvadex immdeiately....

if you are worried about progesterone gyno from deca, although 400mg/day is not that high dosage, you can throw in some winny at 50mg/EOD....
don't forget the clomid at the end of the cycle, and I would personally use the winny as well for weeks 11+12 to help me keep some of the gains.....

Dude if this is your first time taking deca then you haven't experienced "THE DECA DICK SYNDROME!!!!!!"HEHE
At that dosage 400mg's on your second cycle is just too HIGH!!!
I think you need that 2 to 1 ratio of test and deca if you know what I mean!! And that also means (if you want to save alittle bit of money) doing the winny at 25mg's ed instead of 50! In the latter part of your cycle if you want to increase the dosage to fifty that's fine!! And if you can get some of "A's" liquidex it's cheaper and you can take it thoughout the cycle everyday!!Later days bro and happy growin!!

hey bro,
about deca dick....unless you are doing a deca-only cycle,I believe you shouldn't worry about that....for the first 4 weeks you will be using the dbol anyway, and by the time you finish it , sustanon will start to kick in as well....so I don't think you should worry about it that much.....
i still think 200mg/week deca is a bit low....that's just my opinion....and even at 400mg/wk ,you can still get away with 50mg/winny EOD.....
