I had the same problem bro...
My lower back was killing me the day after deadlifts.
I stayed away from heavy deadlifts for a few months(this was hard for me b/c I love Deadlifts) and strenghten my lower back by doing hyper-extensions and good mornings. Eventually I worked back up to doing deadlifts.
I also started wearing a belt for support on my heavier sets(singles and doubles).
Assuming your form is good, you might want to give the above a try.
