Ok, I am planning on starting my cycle in just under a month. Right now I'm thinking of stacking winny/test. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Stats: 6'1" , 195lbs, 21 years old, I have always been somewhat of a hardgainer but since college my metabolism appears to have slowed on me.
History: I took one test 450 cycle just over a year ago. It was too much test as I was shooting every 4 days. I had some bad sides [gyno, test crash post cycle]. After bloodwork my test levels were at the low-normal range but since then things have improved and I'm pretty sure I'm fully recovered.
Goals: After my last cycle I crashed hard and lost about half of my gains. I'm wanting to have a respectable size gain, [10 lbs lean muscle] but mainly concentrate on tightening/cutting up.
Any advice would be great. Is a winny/test combo the best for my goals? What dosages should I use of each. Obviously my first cycle was overkill as far as test goes. Thanks a lot guys!
