Help with Clen Benadryl 6 week cycle

i am first timer, planning to run clen for 6 weeks straight , benadryl from 3rd week onwards till the end.. plz tell me the clen right dosage for 6 weeks.

my stats
39 yrs, 5 7", 176 lbs,20% BF,want to lose around 7%.cardio 45 mins steady 3 times, weights 3 times,good diet plz help

To start, you dont run clen for more than 2 weeks at a time, so you would run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on and so on... benadryl is on the off weeks

when I run clen up to 6 weeks i throw the benadryl in at week 3 and cycle my dosage up to 140mcg
