Help with a good cutting cycle?

I want to cut for 10 weeks can anyone give me some advice on putting together a cutting cycle.

It will be my first cutting cycle using gear and I know from doing low carb diest in the past my energy levels drop alot.

I was wondering if a mass steroid like sust or deca could be incorporated into a cutting cycle to help retain muscle?
 
Sust at 500mgs a week for mass

Nolvadex at 20mgs EOD to keep the water retention down

Primo at 200-300 mgs a week for gaining lean mass & to give you that hard look.

Clomid at the end

What is your past expeience w/aas?

i would run testosterone (any test will do, sust, prop, cyp, enth) 500mg/week and trenbolone acetate (fina) 75mg/eod (or ed depending on your experience). to keep the water retension off i would take arimidex and nolvadex at the same time .25-.5mg and 20mg respectively, every day

drop you cals way down, keep protein at 2g/lb of body weight and total cals down to 12cal/lb/bodyweight
 
I have had quite a bit of experience with as. All mass cycles.

Currently doing a cycle of cyp & deca. I think the cyp is fake or really underdosed.

By the way how would I find out if the cyp is fake or underdosed??

Hi Guys, new to this forum but with a similar question

I am 97 kgs 24 and need a very beginners (1st cycle) cutting cycle, i need to loose excess weight and keep/gain muscle for athletic performance only, i cant stress how much i need to keep athletic/running performance

Would really really appreciate it if anyone could help.

Also if its ok to use ephedrine with your suggestions

Obviously beeing a Newbie, the less injects and cost the better lol
