Help with 3rd cycle

Going to be starting my 3rd cycle here soon.

previous cycles have been test, then test/dbol.

I am wanting to lean out so looking to use something with little water retention.

Thinking of something like..
test prop 400mg/wk 1-8
winny 50mg/ed 1-6

This being my third cycle really looking for some advice.

For pct will be running PP's testosterone pct stack that i have been reading up oon on this site.

Any help appreciated

run it like this

4-8 winny
1-8 adex .5mg eod until the winny starts and .25mg eod after the winny starts

use the trs and nolva 20mg ed for pct.

sounds good.

Do you know anything about the needto shredder stack? i keep reading good things about it, but would it be more effective than the prop/winny for a cut/recomp cycle?
 
i havent done it to be able to answer your question. i know prop winny works well. i also know beastdrol woth test and tren and deiselbolan along with test and tren work verry good but i have never used any of the compounds without the others to know. if you dont have them you cant get them. they are all gone do to laws.

Looks like prop/winny will be the way i go.

so only 4 weeks on the winny instead of 6?

also my current cutting ratio in p/c/f is 220/150/70 on normal days and 200/220/60 on leg days 2x a week.

While diong a cutting cycle should i keep my macros the same and see how i react and then adjust accordingly?

the cycle while cutting is mostly for muscle preservation not fat loss. cut the cals by removing carbs from your regular diet and step up the fasted cardio to lose fat.

im losing fat now with that ratio. but are you saying since i will have more testosterone my body will hold onto muscle better. so i can go more into a defecit than i would be able to if i trained natural?

That is my ratio for a natural cut.

just cut as you normally would. keep the fat% moving down how ever you need. just keep making adjustments as needed but up the protein some. upping the protein will help you to put a little muscle on while you are cutting.

what do you think of adding 50 mg/day tren a. I can get it for a good price and keep hearing good things.

Been researching the compound for a while and am seeing what i should expect in term of sides and believe i can handle them.

Would it be wise using tren for the first time on a cut or should i wait until i do a lean bulk later next year?
