I just worked out my daily intake, keep in mind this includes every single thing that went into my body (Creatine, Protein, Food, Drinks, etc.) and it seems a bit high, what do you all think ???
Not enough info bro... Weight, Current Cycle, Bulking or cutting(im gonna guess not). 6000 calories is a good amount for putting on the mass... But like I said, Drop some clues as to what your after.
Well I am trying to put on as much mass as possible.....I am not on gear right now tho, just doing some Cre and Pro, with some good training. I weigh 185lbs, 6'1".......anything else ? oh and like I say not banging gear right now, just doing it natural for a bit
Hmmm... Since you are not on gear I would say that you should drop those calories a bit... Im not a nutritionist of any kind but unless you have an incredibly high metabolism i would keep the calories around 4000 or so, too many calories and your are gonna start storeing those unused bad boys as fat... Once again just my opinion.
All natural, 2-3 days of very high cals might rev up your metabolism and stimulate muscle growth, but you'd want to go back to regular eating after that.
Far too much fat. It would have been ok if carbs were not so high. Far too much protein for your weight, especially if not on gear.
4000 cals tops.
250 grams protein max,
550 grams carbs,
Train 4-5 times a week, intense but under 90 minutes. Creatine, Protein and a multi vitamin mineral. It is good you are not on gear. Start when you get to about 220lbs or start considering then and not before. Hang in there bro, it will come.
