Help! Training routine.

I am a 34 year/181 cms/165 lbs Indian male, starting out on bodybuilding (Just started last month).

I work out thrice a week. Giving below my routine:

Lat Pull down - 3X12 reps - 150 lbs
Bench Press - 3X12 reps - 80 lbs
Military Press -3X12 reps - 40 lbs
Barbell Curl - 3X12 reps - 40 lbs
Tricep Pull down - 2X12 reps - 40 lbs
Tricep Extn. - 2X12 reps - 10 lbs
Full Squats(Without weights) - 2X 30 reps
Crunches - 3 sets -30 -40 reps

Do u guys feel I am on the right track? When should I go on a split routine? Please advise which are good websites for me to go to for good training routines.
 
Bro .. that is a great beginners routine.. stick with it don't go searching for more routines.. stick with that one and keep adding the weight to every exercise every workout and eat like a starving man!.. You will grow strong and muscular!
 
Agreed if you are just starting. Once those free squats stop getting you sore, try either a leg press or a free weight squat. But make sure you maintan your form.
Also Id toss in some no weight calf raises with your squats.

Firm Believer in just squats eh? RIght now actualy I only use the sled for doing one leg at a time.
Isolate and Annihilate.
