im 5.11 and 130 lbs.. i like my body from my belly button down.. my legs, but, and whatever else is down there. lol.. but i would like my upper body to be a little more toned.. i feel like its to fragile.. my arms from my shoulder to hand are seriously like one size. my sternum sticks out like a bump of bone. and i hate it.. and my back is okay i guess.. mostly just my arms and chest.. please help
