Well, I can't point you in the direction of that, but you may want to go to a bookstore and pick up something on sports nutrition. That would be a good start.
Another good thing about a book, is that you can mark it up and dogear places so you can easily refer back to it. Dr. Colgan is sometimes good, even though he is TwinLabs bitch. So some of his stuff just happens to dovetail nicely into whatever they are peddling at the time. Another book I highly recommend is the Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald. It has so much info, and not just on keto-diets. Also, try to get as updated as possible.
Most on here recommend something like 1 gram protein/pound bodyweight.
The rest of the calories and diets are so varied and so personal, that nobody could tell you what you need to do without first investing some serious time.
