Help Please!

A friend of mine is on Deca and Test and he is getting acne really bad. His arms and back have little red bumps all over them. He says that he is cleaning the areas good and its not helping....Has anyone had this problem, or know some good ways to try and get rid of this and keep it from coming again?

Some get it worse than others....to me it's just part of the game....I don't break out while on but after getting off watch out....I've been known to take my girls eye out.....you can try accutane if its that bad.....

Thanks Gilly, thats kinda what i was thinking also. It just seems weird to me that he dont get any big infected ones. They are all just little bitty red bumps and they are everywhere!!

Warn him not to take baths - wet skin is a breeding ground for steroid acne.

I heard tanning helps. I'm not gay though, so I wouldn't know.

Tanning definately helps. I tan year round becuase it also helps with my psoriosis. Whenever I'm on a heavy adrogen cycle (test, tren, d-bol etc) I shower AT LEAST twice a day. Make sure he uses a good anti-bacterial soap when showering.

nizoral 2% shampoo on the arms (or back or wherever) and accutane gel works for me. my problem is arms only really though. and anti-bact soap of course.

the gel is a bitch....masters from UK has it, only place i could find it. its accutane in gel form bascially. pretty potent, will burn on your face after shaving for sure. i JUST ran out. hoping to get by the last few months of EQ/Test w/o it. but still using the nizoral that i got at a domestic site. i just rub it on my arms when i rub it into my hair in the shower. leave it on 5 minutes. i use both once a day in the morning. and i rub on anti bact soap several times a day too.

its an anti-dandruff/anti-fungal shampoo for your scalp. so when applied to other areas, at least for me, it works to clean out the pores and stop acne and red spots....or at least most of it.

no, this is brand name stuff. 1% is in walmart and 2% is script or mail-order.
