help please,, losing weight

i had a good 8 week cycle of test prop eod, i am 43, 5'8, i was 184 when i started i went up to 194.

i was fine for 2 weeks post cycle, but in the next 2 weeks i lost 6 lbs total.

i am on derma sustain and nolva, and i did do hcg.

i am eating well, not as many calaories as when i was on cycle down from 4000 to about 3000, i dont have as much appetite as when iwas on cycle.

any advice what i can do so i dont lose any more weight?

yes if you ate 4000 cals and gained about ten lbs, dont drop the cals if there are clean. You will drop in weight with your cal droping but from my limited knowledge dropping in some weight with a test only cycle will happen. perhaps some of the other bros here can give you more info.

keep up the training and clean eating, you will see results good luck.

exactly. That is the problem. Usually people say "I'm eating 5000 cals because I'm on cycle" then when they come off, they keep eating 2000 cals like before. WHY? What is the science behind that change? Well, there is no science; it is a mistake. If you were 184 while eating 2000 cals a day and now you are 194 after a cycle eating 5000 cals a day, YOU NEED TO EAT FOREVER enough cals to maintain a 194lb body. Of course you'll always lose a little bit in water. But you could eat the same 5000 cals, the only difference will be the ratio; probably reducing carbs and bumping up the protein. But never go back to eat what you used to it before, or your body automatically will start reducing muscle mass. Is like a lady when is trying to lose weight and says "I'm doing this diet" yes, and she loses 15 pounds but as soon as she is done, diet is over and start eating the same she used to eat before. wrong.

P.S. and just my personal opinion...5000 cals a day is ridiculous unless you're Ronni or a bull. the 5000 cals was just an example.
 
so your saying it is best to combine test enan with something else during the cycle to have a better chance of keeping more of the muscle mass after the cycle is over?

like add EQ to it?

what did your pct look like exactly..and yes eat more bro
 
B12 may help stimulate your apartite. the more muscle mass you stack on the more calories you need to consume just to maintain that mass. I would say you need to be getting in about 4000cals ed on & off cycle.

what did your PCT - post cycle therapy - look like exactly..and yes eat more bro


my pct is derma sustain and nolva, i still have some tiny whitish bumps around the nipple, i took nolva the first time it happened about 5 weeks ago and it went away, but once i did hcg, it happened again ,so i am doing nolva with the derma.
