Help Please... confusion about cytomel..

Hello all I am new to the board but i have been looking around for some time. I have finally decided to post a question. I have recently began taking cytomel for some fat and weight loss... my question is: what foods do I avoid while taking cytomel? I have heard that certain foods lessen or hault the absorbtion of cytomel. One of those foods is calcium. If that is true does that mean I can't take whey protein?? I would greatly appreciate any help and advice you can give me. i appologize in advance for any rookie mistakes. Thank you.

Sorry yes I am a 35 year old male. I am aware that I need to keep my protein intake high while on cytomel so that's the reason i asked about the whey. also yes cytomel is all i am taking at the moment. Sorry for the mistake..:)
 
Be careful using that stuff as it will eat away at not only fat but muscle also,You would have been much better off running Albuterol.
 
Radar, do you know of any foods that prohibit the absorbtion of cytomel. I have done some research and I have found that calcium does but I can't in what form. So, i was asking bec if that's true then I'm going to be eating a shit load of chicken breast... :):) was hoping to be able to get those whey shakes in there for extra protein. Thank you again for your advice radar it's greatly appreciated.
 
Yes That includes a shake also, to minimunize Muscle Wasting you could run some ANAVAR with it.
 
Use other sources of foods to get your Protein ,Nuts,Fish,Eggs,Beans,This includes soybeans also.Turkey,beef...etc.
 
Thanks radar for the advice... Man do I wish I could get my hands on some anavar... it's too hard to find these days as there are ALOT of fakes out there, especially anavar. Thanks again for the advice!
