First, I don't know if it's mental or what. I'm feeling stck and very lethargic like almost in a depression. But I'm going to outline what I've been doing since week 12 for the most part. I'm now almost 5 weeks out.

Wake and drink 2 cups blck coffee,(stacker2 or clen), 12.5mcg cytomel, 2IU HGH
Cardio for 45 min

Immediately after cardio I eat 1/2 c Oatmeal and 10 egg whites or 4 oz. chicken 4.5g Flax

meal 2: 1/2c oatmeal and 8 oz. Chicken

meal 3: 1/2c Br. Rice or Sweet potato (app. 30g carb) w/ 8oz chicken or 6oz. 98% lean beef

meal 4: 1/2c oatmeal and 8 oz. chicken 4.5g Flax

meal 5: 25g carbs from oatmeal, br, rice or swt. potato ( witchever I feel the urge for) and 8 oz. Chicken.

meal 6 (Pre-Workout) 1/2 cup oatmeal(1/2hr before), and sip on 40g whey isolate mixed with 2.5 grams creatine during training session.

Postworkout 3 scoops iso pure no carb with 1/3 banana (I guress about 20 carb) 4.5g Flax
2IU HGH, 12.5mcg cytomel

I may eat 2tbsp Natty peanut butter throughout the day but that depends on my energy levels.

On alternate days now I injet either 50mg winny, or a prop/Fina combo 100mg/75mg. also taking femara EOD.

so heres the problem, Since ive hit 190 lbs and <7% Bf things have slowed down significantly. Or like I said just the past few days due to stress, I t might be mental. Somedays I look great, lean hard and vascular, while others I'm just looking soft, mostlt in the mid section.

Does any body have any ideas. If you need more info let me know and I will supply it. I'm 20 years old and this is my first show, so I really don't "know what I'm doing"

any vets please advise me

Also forgot to menton that I am getting 8hrs sleeo/night and drinking tea thrughout the day with just equal in it. I might be drinking too much coffee ,if that's possible, a bout40-60 oz. day, all black though. I'm getting in at least 2 gallons water a day, and 2 1/2 on training days if not more. Multivitamin every 12 hours ( apon waking and about four hrs. before bed)

This is what I would do:

1) Take 75mg of Tren everyday
2) You're taking 300mg / week of test? And on HGH? I think you should atleast double that.. 600mg / week.
3) Consider taking insulin (read Monster's Insulin primer, do a search for it on here...)
4) Maybe get some orals.. d-bol, a-bombs, or anavar, etc.

Tren everyday is a big deal. You can feel when the ups and downs if you take it every *other* day.. and it sucks. That could be part of your problem- and the low amount test.

I know what you mean by the ups and downs with the tren but 75mg/day does nothing magic for me, except cause some gyno. So I decided this is the way to go. I feel that I'm fine with a dose of 300mg's prop/ week this far out from the show. I don't know whether it's my dosages or my diet that's bothering me. Maybe if I adjusted my diet, a little, I might see better results. I was never a believer in high dosages of drugs above proper diet and nutrition. I'm really loking for advice on diet if possible. I only have five weeks as of Sat.

Any bros with solid ideas to speed up the fat loss. Should up my cardio or start to cut my carbs a little more? I'm trying to make 176. I'm coming down from 218, the first 25lbs. were easy but these last few are a pain in the ass. Maybe I should lower my Carbs to 100g/day at this point. Maybe that will help. Any ideas?
 
I didn't count the calories, but, it looks to me like your eating way too many carbs for 5wks out. Consider reducing the carbs and upping the protein. Also, fluctuating carb amounts throughout the week worked well for me several times. If your going for a show, you really should get some advice from someone who knows what they are doing that can look at your current condition and help you through the next five weeks. Don't take random advice from the internet which comes without seeing your current condition. Also - if this is your first show - its important to know that dieting down and doing a show is one big mind fuck. Your body thinks your way too lean and the mind is trying to trick you into eating the things it craves, fat, more carbos, etc. There is no cure for this, only understanding of what is happening through experience. So, what you are experiencing is normal, you just need someone to check you out & help you figure out how to get in the best possible shape given where you are. Hope this helps....
 
I see what your saying, it is a mind fuck, But my carbs are only at 150-170/ day. I am lowering them to 100g starting today.
 
I'm feeling much better today . . . But this bosrd seems to be more toward the discussion of steroids as the answer for everything. Do any of you guys know of a board that has many competitive bb's on it and competition discussion. It's ahrd sometimes to relate to Guys who are just juicing to get bnig or look good. I want to be the best.
