Help on my cycle

Guys, I'm planning a cycle after being out for a while. I'm doing a simple cycle looking to drop my body fat from 17-18% to 12-14%.
Training and diet is on check, I'm planning on a 12 weeks low dose of TEST E with Primo and Var.
Test E week 1-12 (250mg) once per week
Primo week 4-12 (100mg) 3 times a week
Var week 1-10 (75mg) ed

I have arimidex, nolvadex and proviron on hand
I will also be taking Finasteride and the staples (multi, fish oil, r-ala, liv-52)

Can you guys help me on my pct? I haven't make a decision yet with all the products out there, any help I can get, will be appreciated as well as any suggestion on my cycle.

how old are you? how log have you been training? what are your stats?
 
33 years old, height 5.11 weight 225 lbs
I've been working out on and off since I was 24
I do weights 5 days a week
Cardio 6 days a week
Eating 2300-2400 calories a day (500 deficit)

Imo i would try to get down to lower bf like 15% then cycle but... Thats imo

Ok id drop var down to 60mg and up primo to 400

Trash nolva its junk and not a pct

Get unleashed and pct ur staples and ai are fine
 
if you diet is really in check then you should lose the weight naturally first. if you do cardio properly 6x a week w/ a good diet you can easily drop 1-2lbs of fat a week EASILY. do that for 8-12 weeks then look to cycle.
