Help on my bodybuilding routine

im no expert but i think you need more fast acting carbs post workout. i dont think just an apple will do this.

And you workout plan is layed out nice but i would add a few more sets in on the ones you only do 2..
 
better bars are good or you could make a shake like this.

1 cup milk
1 egg white
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup mixed berries

this shake will give you a fair amount of whole food.
 
Get some of NeedTos better bars or something, the ones you buy in the store are normally all processed junk and nothing more than candy bars with low quality protein.

Agree, don't eat any protein bars unless they're needtos better bars. Those are really good.
 
hey guys sorry to bump this up again but quick question. For my workout routine, on my chest day is it nessicary to have shoulder press along with my chest and tricep exercises? or should I substitute that with another chest exercise and put shoulders with my legs day? Also, if I put shoulders with my legs day what other exercise do you recomend along with shoulder press?
