Help on leg routine

Over the last few years, I've managed to build my upper body rather well. I work my legs like crazy and they're getting bigger, but way too slowly for my liking. Compared to most of the guys I see in the gym that do any leg exercises, I blow them away in strength. I want to get my legs so that when I wear shorts, people look and go 'Damn.....those legs are huge'.
Leg day routine -
A couple of sets of leg extensions, medium weight lots of reps for warmup

6-10 sets of squats, adding weight each set but last 2. Generally going to failure. Last 2 sets medium/light weight and rep out.

4-6 sets of inverted leg press or leg extensions, getting heavier each set.

4-8 sets of various calf raises.

Every once in a while, I won't do squats and do inverted squat press and leg extensions, just to bust up the routine.

Any suggestions?

If they are growing then just keep at it. Going somewhere (even slowly) is infinitely better than going nowhere. Your training does seem to emphasize quads, and the hamstrings normally account for about 2 fifths of the leg mass, so alternate some leg curls one workout and stiff legs deadlifts the other. Make sure that you are squatting past parallel to ensure glute and hamstring involvement.
