Hello all, need some help on my first cycle. im 21 year old and been training with heavy weights for about 2 years now. my protein is about 200grams a day with food and protein shakes. I have just started deca taking 200mg a week and i am on my second week and taking it for 12 weeks in total. I also take 10mg nolvadex everyday.
My goals are to increase lean muscle mass and a increase in strength but want to keep gains after my cycle.
Also read up on deca dik, can someone please help!!
