Help on first cycle

hey whats up guys. i have just joined this forum and am liking what i've seen:)
ok stats first
AGE:22
HEIGHT: 5'11
WEIGHT: 170
BF: 10-12%
YEARS TRAINING: 10 years

Ok im am going to be starting my first aas cycle soon. i have run a few prohormones in the past like m-drol and tren. but i feel am i ready to start my first real cycle. as far as my weight goes i know that i can be heavier naturally wich i was. i was 185 at about 8% until i got into a bad moto accident. i was unable to train for 6 months and shrunk all the way down to 155. so now i have built myself back up naturally over the last 5 months to were i am now. But i am ready to take it to the next level.
The cycle i will be running in a month will be:
testosterone cyponaite 500mg for 12 weeks
dianabol 30mg for first 4 weeks
aromasin on hand for gyno and bloat
nolvadex for pct at 40/40/20/20
Ok now for questions. i have heard alot of mixed reviews when it comes to AI's ON cycle. i feel i am alittle gyno prone and wanted to know if i should run the aromasin for the entire cycle and if so how much to take or if i should only use it when the sides present themselves? i plan on using letro before i even start the cycle to try to reverse the little bit of of gyno i have aquired. I am also taking the prescription medicine remeron for a sleep disorder. i dont think this will affect my cycle in any way but wanted to put that out there. OK THATS ALL FOR MY FIRST POST HAHA. ANY INPUT FOR MY CYCLE WILL BE APPRECIATED. :)

Cycle looks good. I used 0.25mg arimidex ED,but dunno about aromasin and how effective that is vs arimidex...so i can not give you an answer on that one.

Atleast u got in on hand,so you could allways add it if there is symptoms.

what's your diet look like?
 
my diet is pretty basic
meal 1:7 eggwhites with 1 whole egg 2 cups of oats
meal 2: homeade mrp: 1/2cup milk,1 scoop protien,cup of egg whites,1/2 cup oats,half banana,1 table spoon peanut butter. its goooood:)
meal 3:post workout shake of 80grams waxy maize and 50 gram protien
meal 4: tuna sandwich
meal 5: steak and med patato
meal 6: 8oz of lean meat

supplements are basic too:muti v,fishoil,flaxseed oil,b complex,vit c, vict e,glucosamine msm, milk thistle,liv. 52,whey protien,creatine,glutamine,arganine, and waxy maize.
