Help on finding a workout regiment?

Ok... Although I'm 17, I'm not a n00b to weightlifting...

About two years ago I began lifting and through the help of V12 and some hard work I was 5'9, 170 lbs... benched 230 and squated about 500... I reached these maxes about a year ago and since then I haven't lifted at all on accounta I quit football and had no motivation...

Now I've decided to begin lifting again. Why, you might ask? Before it was all for football but now I've noticed a great change in my body and its strickly vanity... I now only weigh 145 lbs and have significantly lost upper body strength.

Before my body wasn't "symetrical" in the respect that I worked bicepts and pecs way too much and did nothing for shoulder and back. I find this to be a time to start from scratch and start gettin my total body looking good...

This post is basically because I need advice on what lifts to do, and which days. I'd like to do a four-day workout, where I get Wed. off , with Upper body on monday and thurseday and lower body on tues. and fri.

How do I mix shoulders/back into this? and what lifts help work these areas? It'd really help me if someone could give me an example workout to do with upperbody workouts included to help give me a total body workout...

Also, what are the cheapest supplements that help out... V12 use to be the greatest. It helped keep me pumped and I loved it... Is there anything similar for cheap, or is V12 cheaper now since then?

Thanx for anyones input... I'll keep readin and would like a workout to start monday...
