I weigh 147 pounds and am 5 feet 10 inches tall. I took the time to calculate my regular meals per day and find out the nutritional info i'd need to post to you guys to see what you thought

Protein - 94.4 g
Fat - 87.2 g
Carbs - 296.6 g
Calories - 2316 Cal

Is this enough to build me up pretty soon. If not, any recommendations would be helpful to me. Thanks.
By the way i workout 3 times a week without fail (if that helps).
 
forgot something, i have shakes twice a day consisting of bananas, egg, milk, ice cream and weight gain powder.
 
Do yourself a favor and READ and RESEARCH. This site is perfect for you. I remember not knowing how to eat to gain size and it was very frustrating.....I went to the bookstore and looked at magazines and bodybuilding books to get an idea. You def need lots more protein, and also need more cals i am sure. U sound like an ectomorph(skinny little bf) or at the most an ecto-mesomorph. Eat more, good carbs, good protein about 200 grams a day or a little more, split into 5 or 6 meals. Good luck!-WULF
