Ive tried that new program I posted but it doesnt seem to be making any great gains for me. I was thinkin of going back on my old thing which was somewhat working for me. The problem is that I have no motivation. I sleep alot, I dont feel like lifting at all, sometimes i just feel like whats the use and I can do anything unless im on gear (which im not now). I need help getting motivated, i dont know what to do. And when i do get the energy up to lift, after 20 min i dont feel like doing it, then i feel sore and cant lift as much, and then things just go downhill from there and I give up-Maybe i have depression..Any ideas!!!
