thanks for being honest EZ sounds like your really know your stuff... im 280 now back before i stopped i was about 40 pounds lighter i have always been heavier but i never looked my weightt most people would guess 40 to 60 pounds under my weight. and my break i took from liftting was about 2 years and belive it or not but from the time i started back up which was about 2 and a half months ago i average about 10 to 15 hours a week in the gym and the first couple weeks i started there would be days were i come in and do 30 more pounds in a lift that i did the week before i always figure it was my muscle memory comming back i dont gain that much a week anymore it was just like the the first couple weeks. and yes i drink tons of water i very rarely drink anything else i very seldom drink coffee and when i do i dont add sugar.as for the supps i choice those because i have always heard protien is like the foundation for a guy wanting to build muscle, do you have a better way to get protien with less sugar if so please let me know and creatine i have always had great strength grains from and i figured with me working out 10 to 15 hours a week at the gym i would need more vitamins just from the extra work, ontop of the gym i work construction part time. the supplements i told you i take are all things i used when i first started and got good safe results from, if you have any suggestions as far as supplements im all ears, it seems like 90 percent of supps anymore are fake. but im sure my diet could need some reconstruction i try to eat as healthy as possible but there is so many hidden things that are bad for you. if you have any suggestions with diet or maybe a diet outline i would be more then willing to give it a try....as for my workouts i know my workouts are intense and i get really good strength gains i actually have a couple workout buddys that go with me and one of them is on roids but he doesnt like to talk about it, whats funny is i have no prob keeping up with him in the gym granted his max's are a little higher then mine and he looks alot better in shape but as far as reps and pushing areselfs we stay neck and neck, but i do agree i need to stay with it longer before i take anything as far as sterioids, i would like to get back into the shape how i was about 220 240, with alot of muscle on me i never wanna be one of those guys that are 170 pounds i have always liked being a little bigger just not 280 it seems like even though im only 22 it is still harder to lose weight then what it was when i was 17,18,,,if you have any suggestions on dieting, supps or workout routines please fill me in thanks for your info
