I am going to do a cycle with deca and sustanon250 and using clomid afterwards.

I am going to do the clomid 3 weeks after my last shot.
Im planning on doin the clomid for just 2 weeks (is that enough?).
I
I wanna know when i shud start doing sum serious cardio to get cut. whilst on the clomid or after the clomid?

And how do i adjust my diet for cutting? Below is an example of my current diet while mass building.


meal 1: muesli + fruit + 4 eggs + toast
meal 2: protein shake + lasagne
meal 3: Sweet potatoe + beans + 2 barbecued chicken breasts

Workout (am)
meal 4: 1.5 chicken breasts + rice
meal 5: 1 can of tuna + pasta + fruit
meal 6: 1.5 chicken breasts + rice

Workout (pm)

meal 7: 2lbs of fish (cod)
meal 8: low carb protein shake

SLEEP



Any tips appreciated.
 
Personally, I would not cut until my next cycle. 1. You are going to drop alot of water weight, 2. dieting at this time will just make you lose more weight, and it will be extremely noticable. In between cycles is when you should fight to maintain your body weight, keep your calories and protein high. Your body is accustomed to a certain weight, and will try to get back there unless you maintain a higher or lower weight for an extended period of time. So don't diet yet...Take your time off, then run a cutting cycle and diet. Hang on to that hard earned muscle. Don't waste it!
