i would look to one of mr.x's diet plans. a ckd would be great for taking off a ton of fat. do a search on the diet section of elite for one of his plans. skip the eq, eca or nyc would be fine, and since i've never done t3 i really can't comment. but 6-8 weeks of a ckd diet with somewhere around 10-12x bw caloric intake, with cardio and lifting would yeild great results. good luck.
