ahhh... i have been lifting and working out all the time i came off my keto but i have been eating lowfat.... and gaining weight... i have a p.t. test (army) saturday morning. and i need to be 7 lbs lighter for sure... and im scared thats pushing it... the thing is if you are overweight in the army they tape you but i have to much muscle and results say im at 31 bodyfat! i know im right around 26 but that doesnt matter... this doesnt have to be permanent weight i will lose slow and steady after this but its an emergency... help please!
