Help, need to cut fast!

Tried posting this in the diet forum, but it's pretty dead over there.

So I'm going to the beach sometime during the end of june and i'd like to lose some weight before then. Here are my current stats:

5'11"
200 lbs
Aprx 15% bodyfat

I'd like to at least be able to see some abs before I go. Heres my current workout routine:

Cardio is done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with heart rate around 160 bpm.

Mon AM- 45min Cardio
PM- Delts, Traps, Tri's

Tues Am- 45 min Cardio
PM- Back, Abs

Wed Am- 60 min Cardio

Thur AM- 45 min Cardio
PM- Chest, Bi's

Fri AM- 60 min Cardio

Sat AM- 45 min Cardio
PM- Legs, Abs

Sun OFF

I haven't started dieting yet and really don't know how many cals I am taking in. Also, I was thinking of changing the morning cardio to HIIT style sprints on a couple of those days.

What do you guys think. Would it be possible to get to around 10% bf in this amount of time? Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
 
it is possible. your cardio looks ok though i would do hiit or low to moderate intensity. i never go above 130 bpm.

have u calculated your BMR yet?
 
i think if you make some charges to your diet you could cut your amount of cardio in half with great results. It takes time for the body to adjust. After you start loosing the fat, it will start coming off much faster. be patient.

So, you want to be 190 on the beach in 7 weeks or so? Sounds pretty easy given that you're already a pretty skinny guy at 5'11" and 200 lbs.

You could probably clean up your diet and see great results quickly. You could also take some fat burners, or Green Tea Extract to help out for faster results.

heard some real good things about green tea and fat burning, what dosages do u suggest
 
Looks like my bmr is just over 2000 cals, so I'm thinking maybe I should shoot for 2500? Hows that sound?

diet is CRITICAL. you will go nowhere without it. try a 50p/30c/20f diet

Keep taking the Lipo it def will help .

Do you know how many cals your eating above 2500 now ?

I'm really not sure. If I had to guess I'd say somewhere between 3000 and 3500. I just started the cardio a couple of weeks ago and I've lost about 5 lbs without adjusting my diet so I'm pretty sure that my cals aren't really high anyway.

if u r losing weight/fat then stay at that level (but count calories to a general ballpark figure) until u stall. drop carbs. so if u r hanging at 3500 and it stops coming off then i would go to 3000 where 500 of those cals are coming from carbs.

You'll need to get a good extract pill unless you want to drink 10-12 cups of green tea a day. A Good Green Tea Extract will have numbers close to these: 90% total polyphenols; 70% total catechins; 50% ECGC (epigallocatechin).

The one I take has a serving size of 2 capsules, where 2 capsules contain 500mg of green Tea Extract with the above percentages I posted with 450mg polyphenols, 350mg catechins, and 250mg ECGC.

plenty of companies. It's green tea extract. Walk into a health food or drug store or look online.
