Help my poor friend

I work with this kid, he is 19years old.. about 5'10" 130lbs

Yes he is a bean pole.

I gave him a 3 day workout program and also he wanted a diet...

I tild him to eat what ever he wants as long as he has sufficient protein. He started asking if he should only eat egg whites, chicken etc... hahah

I said yeah that plus pizzaa and Big macs! And thats just breakfast!

But seriously he does not have an appetite. I was gonna get him to eat more fatty foods cause they are higher in calories but I dont want him to have a heart attack! I mean a few strips of bacon and eggs in butter, toast , juice will add a lot of calories..

Should he do this?

The Get Big Drink -

- Two quarts of whole mik
- A Day's worth of Whey Protein
- 2 Cups of Skim Milk
- 2 Raw Eggs
- 4 tablespoon of peanut butter
- Half brick of chocolate ice-cream
- 1 bananna
- 4 tablespoons of malted milk powder
- 6 tablespoons of corn syrup

Mix together in blender until smooth - Pour into 1 gallon jug and place in the refrig. Drink entire jug in 1 day with regular meals.

approx 3000 calories, 200 grams of protein
