Help! My arms are lopsided!

I'm 5 weeks into a 10-week cycle and have gotten to that point where I'm filling out my T-shirt sleeves. I've noticed that my left upper arm is bigger than my right upper arm but I am still stronger in the right. Is this because I am right-handed so I have better muscle tone in my right arm, so it doesn't need to grow as much? Anyone else notice this before? Do I just train the right arm harder than the left to keep the size even?

most people are unsymetric in the arm area..its hard to get both arms looking the same. even the pros have this problem..so dont worry about it.

I hear ya.

I'm exactly the same way. Left upper arm (bi mainly, but tri a little too) is a little thicker and veinier than my right. I try to do an extra rep or two on the right whenever I can (and remember) with dumbell curls, etc.. But, no big notice either way..

I had the same problem, i also wasnt getting the same pump feeling, I added some giant db sets into my arm work worked the smaller arm untill i got the same feeling. it helped but i agree with MrMuscle

I have it weird, listen to this. My right bicep is much larger than my left, but the left is more cut up. My left tricep is smaller than my right, but it is also more toned. Although, when flexed, the overall peak is higher on my left, making left arm larger when measuring it flexed. Overall my right arm still looks bigger.

genetics play a major role here. there is practically no one with perfect genetic symmetry. now, if one arm is a different size as a result of training (favoring one arm when doing a barbell curl for example), you should work on unilateral movements for a while. this means doing all arm work with dumbbells, one arm at a time. do your weaker arm first, and do the same number of reps and same tempo for both arms.
