help me with my weakness:my arms

Hi bro,

I have few cycles under my belt but I always have the same problem: my arms. Next week I'll begin my new programm: my goal is to explode my weakness (arms and quads)

Day 1: Legs
Day 2: trap+arms
Day 3:OFF
Day 4: chest+shoulders+back
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: arms
Day 7: OFF

I'll train my arms and my legs twice a week; do u think it's a good plan?
Last question: how many reps do u do for arms (in the past I did 10-12 sets for bi+10-12 sets for tri...it is enough?) BB with huge arms pls describe me your routine for your arms.

I nearly forget: my current cycle:750mg test/w + 150mg deca phenyl/eod

I think this split would be best:
Day 1 Quads, Hams
Day 2 Arms
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Back, Shoulders
Day 6 Chest, Calves
Day 7 Rest

Stick to bb curls, incline dumbel curls, db hammer curls, and preacher curls for bis.

For tris, Narrow grip bench, skull crushers (lying or overhead), dips, and pushdowns.

Arms don't requite much volume 6-9 sets is plenty.
 
I would'nt train any body part more than once a week.

My arms never really took off until I cut back the volume.
 
Whelp - first throughout trying to make your workout conform to a week (7 days).

Day1 - Chest/Tri/Abs
Day2 - leg/shoulder
Day3 - back/bi/Abs
Day4 - Rest
REPEAT.
